Jon Madin

There is a group of us interested in promoting Jon Madin's music in New Zealand schools. His books are available by writing to
Jon Madin
P.O. Box 7082,
Geelong West,
Victoria 3218,
Australia
or e-mail:
marimba@geelong.hotkey.net.au.

We promote Jon Madin's music by:

1. Workshopping Jon's ideas.
2. Workshopping marimba building for those who want to build their own marimbas.
3. Demonstrating marimbas to groups and schools.
4. Building marimbas for those who haven't the time or resources to build their own. We try to keep the cost down to make marimbas affordable to schools.
5. Advise about music programmes in primary schools - how to make them manageable, productive and enjoyable.
